I LOVE you and your program. It is the diet I prefer.
Since I signed up, I have made so much: the Soba Thai dish, Carrot Salad, Spinach/black beans, Guacomole (twice), White Bean dip, Brown Rice Pasta/veggie dish, Quinoa/veggie dish, Zucchini and Onion Frittata, lots of smoothies, and made nice big batches of quinoa and brown rice for the week.
I love cutting up vegetables now after learning your “cutting action” technique! I'm so happy and now I even prefer to cook more at home.
