Her videos taught me so many basic time saving kitchen tips in just a few minutes, and honestly I feel like this program should be taught in schools at a young age!
The other part of the program that rocked my world was the Mix and Match cheat-sheets. I printed them off and stuck them to my fridge, and whenever I go into the kitchen asking myself ‘what am I going to eat now?!’ I just pick and choose from the categories. It’s the easiest way to make a meal, and it has saved me a lot of time and frustration. I wish I could have all my meals planned and prepared for me, but Go Feed Yourself is the next best thing."
